Administration of holdings and non-active companies; setting-up of joint-ventures with Brazilian and international partners.
Dr. Luiz Fernando Leifer Nunes, who founded the company in 1994 and is its General Manager, is a lawyer registered in the Brazilian Lawyers´ Bar, Section São Paulo, since 1977. After working for 6 years in the Deutsche Bank Group, 2 of them at the Deutsch-Überseeische Bank in Hamburg, Germany, he worked for 15 years – 10 of which as Manager – in the Consulting Company Cotinco, São Paulo, Brazil, of the Dresdner Bank Group.
